• Bug reports — include the markdown snippet that misbehaves, your browser and version, and what you expected vs. what happened. A share link reproducing the issue is perfect.
• Feature requests — tell us the job you're trying to get done (the format you need, the platform you're publishing on) rather than only the feature name.
• Privacy questions — check the privacy policy first; if anything is unclear, ask and we'll clarify.

• Lost a document? Documents live in your browser's local storage. We cannot recover them — we never had a copy. Check the same browser and device you wrote it on.
• Advertising & partnerships — Google AdSense, once our pending application is approved, is the only advertising we plan to run. We do not sell placements directly and do not publish sponsored content in reference pages.
